His Professional Journey
He has over 14 years of practical experience in the finance industry. He began his career as a senior auditor with well-known firms such as MSE Audit Partnership, a member of Grant Thornton, and TAY & Co. audit firm. He later served as an Internal Audit Manager in private companies before assuming his current role.
Throughout his career, he has been involved in auditing a wide range of organizations, including manufacturing companies, import-export businesses, construction and real estate firms, as well as European- and USAID-funded projects. His expertise extends to evaluating internal controls, reviewing financial systems, and providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
Academically, he holds a BA degree in Accounting from Addis Ababa University College of Commerce and has attained part qualification with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Currently, he is responsible for managing audit engagements and providing tax advisory services to clients.
